First contact on phone was with the owner he had awesome customer service skills and great knowledge and understand of what we wanted done. First visit was done mins after the first call. A quote was given and that quote stayed the same all the way through. Brad arrived the next day and finished the job quick and efficiently. He also had various jobs to do while he was here that day.
